Method for freezing pressed cooked cheeses, characterised in that it consists: - in a first stage, in cutting a loaf of the said cheese into separate portions; - in then packing these individual portions into bags; - in finally freezing these individual bagged portions in a known manner. Envisaged application: preservation of cooked cheeses.
