<p>1285981 Slide projectors BRAUN A G 23 Oct 1969 [26 Oct 1968] 51922/69 Headings G2A and G3N Slide changes are made in selected projectors 1 to 8 in response to pulses from a pulse generator 76 (which may be a tape recorder - optionally carrying a sound track as well - or a manual key). The pulses initiate programmes which are either manually selected by switches 17 to 24 or automatically selected by switches 47 to 54. Manual selection. Switch contacts 26 and 26.1 are connected, and selected switches 17 to 24 are manually closed. A pulse from generator 76 energizes a relay 31 which closes a switch 31.1 connecting projector terminals 11 to terminals 12 via the selected switches 17 to 24 to initiate slide changes. Automatic selection. Switch contacts 26 and 26.2 are connected and selected switches 47 to 54 are closed by a punched tape, Figs.3, 4 (not shown). A pulse from generator 76 energizes relay 31 closing switch 31.1 to connect projector terminals 11 and 12 via the selected switches 47 to 54 to initiate slide changes. A relay 32 controls magazine movement and when punched tape is used, relays 31, 33 control an electro-magnetic brake 64 for the punched tape feed.</p> |
