The device fastens together two hulls (5,6), e.g., a motor hull and a cargo hull. It includes two pairs of booms attached to the hulls and a steering control (10) for relative turning of the hulls in a horizontal plane. The pairs of booms extend crosswise relative to each other in a side view, to thus constitute the diagonals of the quadrangle formed by their fastening points. One pair of booms (3,4) are pref. fastened to one hull by fixed lugs (7) and to the other by a transverse bar (12), while the other pair of booms (1,2) are fastened to both hulls by transverse bars (8,9). All the booms are pref. length-adjustable.
