摘要 In this medium-frequency spectrometer for measuring and recording the natural frequencies of chemical elements, substances and homeopathic agents at frequencies of 0 Hz up into the megahertz region, said natural frequencies are excited by a tunable generator using electrical and/or magnetic 2n-poles (e.g. dipoles) or modulated infrared light in order to raise them above the noise. The vibrations involved are plasma vibrations of the electrons in the atom or molecule of the sample to be studied, a knowledge of which vibrations can be used for structural elucidation or purity analysis. A maximum in the useful signal strength is found by suitably adjusting the intensity of excitation, on the one hand, and amplifying the signal processing, on the other. The separation of this maximum from the thermal noise improved still further by using conventional means such as narrow-band amplifiers and noise integrators. Recording can be carried out in an analog manner, in a digital manner by Fourier analysis or directly.
