<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a magnetic tape from dirt by opening/closing slide shutters so as to interlock with the horizontal loading/unloading of a tape cassette arranging the slide shutters at its opening part to/from a holding base plate. CONSTITUTION:When the cassette body 1 closing its opening part 10 by slide shutters 14, 14' is inserted into the holding base plate 22, a cassette detecting switch 25 is turned on, a solenoid 26 is actuated and the front part 30b of an opening plate is lifted. Consequently, engaging pins 32b, 32a are engaged with the engaging elements 15, 15' of the shutters 14, 14' respectively. When the holding base plate 22 is descended so as to load the cassette body 1 to a tape transport, a turning arm 37 is turned, the opening plate 30 is slided along the holding base plate 22 and the shutter 14 is opened. If the holding base plate 22 is ascended from the position, the turning arm 37 is turned in the standing direction and the shutter 14 is closed. Thus, the tape is prevented from dirt.</p> |
