PURPOSE:To make it prssible to perform exchange of tubes at a high position simply and easily with good workability by holding a fluorescent tube after a bag body is expanded with fluid supplied by means of a pump mechanism and at the same time by performing exchanging work through operation of a supporting bar. CONSTITUTION:A supporting frame 11 is raised from the bottom position of a fluorescent tube L, and at a position where the fluorescent tube L is got between a pair of bag bodies 15 and makes contact with a setting table 16, the piston 18b of a pump mechanism 17b at a lower portion is pushed in. Accordingly, the bag body 15 expands as fluid is supplied into the bag body 15. By the expansion of the bag body 15, the exterior periphery of the fluorescent tube L is securely held between a pair of bag bodies 15 and the setting table 16. When the supporting frame 11 is pushed in the axial direction of the fluorescent tube L by operating the supporting bar 12, one of sockets holding both ends of the fluorescent tube L draws back as being pushed by the end part of the fluorescent tube L, the fluorescent tube L comes off from a socket on the opposite side. The fluorescent tube L is removed in this way, and after the fluorescent tube L is grabbed by a hand, the piston 18a of a pump mechanism 17a at the upper portion is pulled up, then the bag body 15 shrinks as the fluid is sucked out by the pump mechanism 17a and the holding state of the fluorescent tube L is released. |
