<p>1287011 Hydraulic motors G DUSTERLOH GmbH 3 Sept 1969 [5 Oct 1968] 43624/69 Heading F1A A valve plate 7 controlling the supply to and exhaust from the cylinder ports 25 in the cylinder block 4 of a radial or axial cylinder machine is actuated by an eccentric 5 on a shaft 6 and is composed of two telescoped rings 9, 10. The rings 9, 10 are urged apart by dish washers 27. Thus the end surfaces 11, 13 of the rings are urged into sealing engagement with respective surfaces 12, 14 on a cover 1 and the cylinder block 4. The valve plate thus separates an annular inlet (or outlet) chamber 26 from an outlet (or inlet) chamber 19. These chambers 19, 26 have connections, 2, 3 and are alternately communicated with the ports 25 when relative rotation occurs between the eccentric 5 and the block 4. Movement of the valve plate exposes each port 25 directly to the chamber 26 and to the chamber 19 via an annular groove 15αand the spaces between the balls 35 of a bearing between the inner ring 9 and the eccentric 5. In a second embodiment the chambers 19, 26 are supplied and exhausted through passages in the shaft 6 which is held stationary while cylinder block 4 and cover 1 are rotated.</p> |
