Preparation of a charge from aluminosilicate raw materials, soda and calcium carbonate; sintering of the charge; digesting of the sinter; separation of an aluminate solution from a belite slime; desilication of the aluminate solution, desilication being effected by way of treatment of the solution with a lime pulp containing oxides CaO, Al2O3, SiO2, Fe2O3, Na2O, wherein the weight ratio between the oxides is equal to: CaO:(SiO2 + Fe2O3) = 1,000-5,000:1 and Na2O:Al2O3 = 0.25-0.60:1, wherein CaO is active, Na2O-carbonated. The pulp is taken in such an amount which would be sufficient to ensure a content of active CaO in the solution of from 5 to 10 g/l. Calcium hydroaluminosilicate separated after desilication is delivered to the production of two kinds of cement: 1) for foundry moulds and cores and 2) high-alumina cement.
|
