PURPOSE:To attain highly efficient test by providing the titled device with a means for clamping a unit base on a receiving board by applying pressing force equivalent to screwing to a video head charging part to the unit base. CONSTITUTION:A pressing shaft 41 provided with an engaging press part 41a corresponding to the periphery of a screwing hole of the unit base 2 set up on the table 32 at the lower leading end is vertically set up immediately over the table 32 and the upper part of the press shaft 41 is coupled with a press working cylinder 45 consisting of a liquid pressure working cylinder. The pressing shaft 41 is held by a Z table 44 to be guided so as to be optionally moved in the vertical direction by a guide member 43 fitted to a column 42 planted on an XY table 31. The press working cylinder 45 is held by a blacket 46 fitted to the upper part of the column 42, so that the pressing shaft 41 can be vertically moved by the press working cylinder 45, and at the descending of the pressing shaft 41, the peripheral part of the screwing hole of the unit base 2 set up on the table 32 is pressed by the pressing part 41a on the lower leading end of the pressing shaft 41 to clamp the unit base 2 on the receiving board 32. |
