<p>PURPOSE:To alter the storage contents of a counter memory extremely with ease when the recording contents of a magnetic tape is altered or when the magnetic tape is replaced by resetting the display on a tape counter to zero and clearing the counter memory with a switch connected to the counter memory and a counter driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the switch 14 connected to the counter driving circuit 4 and counter memory 5 is closed, the counter driving circuit 4 resets the display on the tape counter 2 to zero and also clears the storage contents of the counter memory 5. Namely, when a tape run amount is reset to zero, the tape run amount stored in the counter memory 5 is erased, and consequently it is not necessary to perform the zero resetting of the tape run amount and th erasure of the storage of the counter memory 5 individually, thereby facilitating the control over a tape run.</p> |
