<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the man-hour of working to save the producing cost, to redurce the weight of the titled device and to improve the quality and accuracy by forming a cylinder base and fixing and holding means for tape guiding bodies unitedly by metal die forming. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder base 8 for fitting a cylinder inclined with a prescribed angle and the fixing and holding means 9a, 9b for fixing and holding the tape guiding bodies 10a, 10b are made of aluminum and unitedly formed by metal die forming. If it is defined that the sliding direction of the tape guiding bodies 10a, 10b at the tape loading time is the front direction, the fixing and holding means 9a, 9b have right, left and front direction regulating means based upon the V-shaped grooves 11a, 11b of the tape guiding bodies 10a, 10b, descending direction regulating means based upon sliding parts 12a, 12b and ascending direction regulating means based upon recessed parts 13a, 13b. Thus, the man- hour of working is reduced, the production cost is saved, the weight is reduced, and the quality and accuracy are improved.</p> |
