<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the titled device at its size and weight and to make the device sure by using a ring-like guide member having a taper groove and guide rails engaging with the groove for regulating the height position of a lever member fixed on one loading ring and to be moved in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:When a guide member 23 is located on the inclinded parts of the guide rails 24, 25, the guide rail 24a supports the guide member 23 by its upper and lower edge parts 23a, 23b as shown by the broken line to regulate the height of the guide member 23. When the loading ring 21 is turned and the guide member 23 is located on the horizontal parts of the guide rails 24, 25, the upper and lower ends of the guide rails 24b are abutted to the surface of the groove of the guide member 23 as shown by the alternate long and short dash line to regulate the height of the guide member 23. Even if the guide member 23 is located on the positions where the inclines of the guide rails 24, 25 are changed, the guide member 23 can be moved smoothly because tapers are fitted to the upper and lower parts of the groove of the guide member 23. Thus, the device can be reduced at its size and weight and the position of the tape guide can be surely regulated.</p> |
