PURPOSE:To suppress the move of a shielded plate by providing a hooking neck section that is elastically fit to the recessed groove of the hooking hole of the shielded plate and performs moving stop at the crotched pin section of an anode terminal and firmly engaging and hooking it in the hooking of the shielded plate. CONSTITUTION:An anode terminal 8 consists of an inverted U-shaped fitting section 9 that can externally be engaged and fit to a high voltage feeder 1, crotched pin section 11 that can be fit internally and elastically be fit in the hooking hole 13 of a shielded plate 12. The hooking neck section 14 has a narrow width section 14a and a stepped section 14b. When the hooking neck section 14 is fit in the engagement recessed groove 13a of the hooking hole 13, the shielded plate 12 is positioned at the narrow width section 14a, the shielded plate 12 is loaded on the stepped section 14b, and the hooking neck section 14 is firmly fit in the engagement recessed section 13a by the strongly expanded and opened elastic force of the crotched pin section 11, the shielded plate 12 suppresses its move to the anode plate 8. In addition, when the shielded plate 12 is used, the shielded plate makes contact to the ceiling section 17 of an anode cap 16 and keeps the position where the plate is close to the rear end of the anode 10. |
