PURPOSE:To interrupt the invasion of heat to a medium-sized bottle at normal time by engaging a spring member made of a shape memory alloy between a pressing nut and a screw washer, securing both ends to both and supplying externally a coolant to the washer, thereby stopping fluctuation at transporting time. CONSTITUTION:A coolant is supplied through an injection tube 29 at normal time of cooling state of a unit 1 to be cooled to a hole 28 and is exhausted through an exhaust tube 30. A spring member 26 is cooled through a screw washer 24, subjected to a winding and contracting actions due to the property of the shape memory alloy, and a pressing nut 25 is moved backward and rotated to interrupt the invasion of heat from an outer vessel 6 side. The coolant is not supplied when transporting to an installing site. The member 26 increases the temperature to an environmental one the nut 25 is moved forward and rotated by reverse winding and elongating, engaged with seats 22, 23 to stop fluctuating of a medium-sized bottle 2 and a shielding tank 4 without directly receiving a vibration force due to a vibration acceleration generated during the transportation by the member 26, but received by the screw engagement of the nut 25 and the washer 24. |
