<p>PURPOSE:To make measuring and charging operation extremely easy and to improve working efficiency by enabling exact setting of each charging rate while charging successively repulping water, filter cake and leaching chemical into agitating tanks. CONSTITUTION:Water is supplied into agitating tanks 3, 4 and the total weight of the agitating tanks obtd. with load cells 15-18 is measured. The supply of the water is stopped at the point of the time when the measured water feed rate value obtd. by subtracting the own weight of the tanks 3, 4 from the measured value attains a prescribed value. Agitators 6, 7 are then operated and filter cake M is charged into the tanks 3, 4 and thereafter the agitators 6, 7 are stopped. The charging is stopped at the point of the time when the measured value of the feed rate of the filter cake obtd. by subtracting the own weight of the tanks 3, 4 and the weight value of the prescribed water feed rate from the total measured weight value obtd. with the cells 15-18 attains a prescribed feed rate. The supply of water is further accomplished to the prescribed rate in the same way as mentioned above. Sulfuric acid as chemical for leaching is charged by a prescribed amt. into the filter cake M which is made into the slurry in accordance with the above-described manner and the filter cake is agitated by the agitators 6, 7.</p> |
