PURPOSE:To enable the cancelling of regulation by an accelerating operation/by a construction wherein a closed loop opening and closing a throttle valve forcibly is formed between an accelerator grip and a fuel supply device. CONSTITUTION:In a construction in which a closed loop is formed of opening operation cables 7 and 13 and closing operation calbes 8 and 14, an accelerator grip 3 is rotated clockwise in the state of automatic speed governing, and thereby the grip is returned forcedly to actuate an engine brake. Then the closing operation cable 8 makes the rotary body 9 of an accelerator joint 6 rotate clockwise, and thereby an engagement projection 9d is made to contact with the engagement projection 19c of an operating body 19, so as to rotate the operating body 19 clockwise. Thereby the regulation cable 18 of actuator 17 is pulled in the same direction. This pulling force is set to be smaller than the forced return force of the accelerator grip 3, and thus the return operation of the accelerator grip 3 is conducted smoothly. A switch 27 is closed at a position of full closure and transmits an automatic speed governing signal to a control device.
