摘要 PURPOSE:To increase a degree of low-speed torque and thereby improve a rate or fuel consumption in a car as well as to keep back any unnecessary selection, by keeping a state of being supercharged regardless of the value of engine load during shift operation, at a supercharging state when selection from supercharging to nonsupercharging and vice versa is controlled according to engine speed and load. CONSTITUTION:When engine speed E goes beyond the specified value, for example, more than 2,000r.p.m. and is at idling, for example, less than 600r.p.m., it is set down to a nonsupercharging state, and thereby suction air and exhaust pass a suction bypass passage 23 and an exhaust bypass passage 24 each. In addition, when the engine speed E is between 600 and 2,000r.p.m., a supercharging state is selected at a low-speed range and a high-load range whereby the suction air and the exhaust pass an exhaust passage 22. And, in the case other than that, a nonsupercharging state is selected. A shift motion is detected by an off signal CLS of a clutch, and when engine load is small, the supercharging state is kept up, preventing it from turning to the nonsupercharging state. An end of shift gearing is detected with the clutch turned on, and large engine load is detected, thus normal operation takes place.
