PURPOSE:To obtain a nutritive food consisting of natural occurring food based on blood circulation thought of Oriental medical science, by rolling grains, vegetables, seaweeds, salt, etc. on a hot plate under heating, carbonizing the surfaces of the whole ingredients, grinding them into coarse granules, carbonizing further part of them on the hot plate, processing them into powder. CONSTITUTION:(A) 80-90wt% one or more grains are blended with (B) 5- 10wt% one or more vegetables, (C) 5-10wt% one or more seaweeds, and (D) a very small amount of salt, placed on a hot plate, and rolled under heating. After the surfaces of the whole ingredients are partially carbonized, they are ground into coarse granules. As the coarsely ground granules are further heated on the hot plate, they are partially carbonized, the coarsely ground granules are fully blended by a blender and processed into a powdery state, to give the desired nutritive food. |
