<p>PURPOSE:To perform a through process of plastic container molding machine under aseptic conditions by a method in which the port for supplying and discharging aseptic air is connected to an air supply system circuit and an exhaust system circuit through a switch control valve in the blow molding and packing head for plastic containers, and the terminal of the exhaust system circuit is opened in a sterilizing liquid. CONSTITUTION:In molding a container 13 by blow molding, a mandrel 21 for blowing is inserted into the opening of a parison held by a die 6 to hold the parison air-tightly between it and the die 6. A control valve 27 is closed on the side C and switched to the path A, B, pressure air is blown into the parison 5 through a sterilized filter 28, an air supply and discharge port 12, and a path 23, and the parison 5 is molded into a container 13 along the inside shape of the die 6. The control valve 27 is then switched to the path A, C, an injection tube 14 is lowered, the valve 24 is opened, a packing material is injected into the container 13, and the air in the container 13 is released through the path 23 into a sterilizing liquid in a sterilizing tank 30.</p> |
