PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency and the reliability of test results by automatically measuring the total rotation of compressor untill the measured air pressure will be lower by 1kgf/cm<2> than the load air pressure. CONSTITUTION:The pressure air delivered from an air compressor AC is fed to a load air sump RS2. In accordance to the pressure set by a pressure regulation valve RD, a relay valve RV is controlled to perform temperature rise test while maintaining the load pressure constant. In order to perform the volume efficiency test, a three-way valve PV1 is exchanged to feed air to a measuring air sump RS3. Upon dropping of the air pressure fed to the measuring air sump RS3, to the level lower by 1kgf/cm<2> than the load pressure, a solenoid valve SoL2 is turned off. Upon completion of volume efficiency test, the pressure air in RS3 and RS2 is discharged through an exchange valve PV2 on the basis of signals from solenoid valves SoL2, SoL3. |
