PURPOSE:To provide a titled forming machine which supplies, works and ejects a blank material without separate driving source in forming of the blank material by means of a rotary press die by actuating and transferring the grasping means of a traversing carriage by the ascent and descent of the vertical moving shaft of the press die. CONSTITUTION:Link mechanisms 40, 49 are actuated by the cam groove 45 of a cam plate 44 which descends simultaneously with a press die 7. A traversing carriage 20 holding a blank material W by a grasping arm 26 moves leftward and brings the material W to the position A right under the die. The arm 26 is opened by a turning lever 55 actuated by link mechanisms 41, 60, 58 which are operated by a cam groove 53 at the same instant. The material W is then pressed by a rotary lower die 4 and a press die 7. When the die 7 ascends together with the product R, a working table 20 moves rightward and the arm 26 is opened by a cam plate 66 to grasp the succeeding blank material W. The product R falls onto a product receiving base 22 and is detained by a detaining member 70 by the next leftward movement of the carriage 20. The material W is supplied, worked and ejected by the vertical movement of the main shaft and the need for another driving power is eliminated. |
