PURPOSE:To simply confirm whether or nor various functions are normal by a method in which output of the drive system is synthesized on the basis of drive output command signals derived from a process controller for the molding and processing machine of resins, and the synthesized drive output signal is introduced into the process controller. CONSTITUTION:A simulator 100 for the drive system of an extruder consists of amplifiers 106, 114, 120, 118 and 124 and voltage-frequency converters 116 and 122. From a process controller 74, two signals such as speed command signals for the main screw motor and speed command signals for feeder motor are outputted, for example. Set values pertinent to these two signals are introduced from the external input system 102 into the controller 74. Also, from CPU104, speed command signals for the main screw motor and speed command signals for the feeder motor are outputted and visualized in corresponding indicating meters 110 and 112 through meter amplifiers 106 and 108. For desired items, calculation is made for each in CPU104 and the items are displayed on CRT128. |
