PREPARATION FOR SEED MOLD OF FERMENTED FOOD USING RHIZOPUS

PURPOSE:To enable preparation of spore of Rhizopus in a microbiologically clean state, by lowering pH of the medium so that pollution by various germs is prevented and/or by adding >= a specific amount of potassium phosphate to the medium so that attachment of spore is increased. CONSTITUTION:pH of medium is lowered with an acid or its salt so that pollution by various germs is prevented, and/or >=10mg% potassium phosphate is added to the medium so that attachment of spore is increased. Preferably the pH of the medium is lowered to 3.0 by the use of the acid or its salt.
