发明名称 JOINING METHOD OF CYLINDRICAL BODY HAVING THREE-LAYERED STRUCTURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a three-layered cylindrical body having substantial mechanical strength in the stage of joining the cylindrical body having the three-layered structure consisting of precipitation hardening type stainless steels for the inside and outside cylinders and copper for the intermediate cylinder by forming successively the inside cylinder, the intermediate cylinder and the outside cylinder by prescribed methods. CONSTITUTION:The butt surfaces of an inside stainless steel 6 are welded without melting a copper material 5 and are joined by a molten metal 11 to obtain an inside cylinder 12. A belt-like joint plate 13 of the same material filling the space between the joint surfaces of the material 5 is used and said butt surfaces are joined by explosive cladding to obtain an intermediate cylinder 14. A belt- like joint plate 15 of the same material filling the space between the joint surfaces of an outside precipitation hardening type stainless steel 7 is used and said butt surfaces are joined by explosive cladding to obtain an outside cylinder 6. A cylindrical body 10 having the three-layered structure consisting of the precipitation hardening type stainless steels for the inside and outside cylinders 12, 16 and copper or copper alloy for the intermediate cylinder 15 is thus obtd.
