PURPOSE:To provide the titled food which can be stored for a long period at room temperature and is usable readily, by preparing a pumpkin sauce containing specific amounts of strained pumpkin, sliced mushroom, milk, onion, and salt, filling and sealing the sauce in a retort pouch, and sterilizing at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:The objective food is produced by filling and sealing a pumpkin sauce containing 10-45(wt)% strained pumpkin, 2-10% sliced mushroom, 5- 40% milk (e.g. fresh cream), 2-15% onion, and 1-2% salt in a retort pouch, and sterilizing by heating at a high temperature. |
