摘要 |
PURPOSE:To enable statistical processing for determining quantitatively the exactness and accuracy of a measured value by constituting a titled device in such a way as to detect the outputs from plural semiconductor chemical sensors, to process statistically the detection signals and to display the measured value of the component to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A carrier soln. 6 is passed through flow cells 2-5 mounted with semiconductor chemical sensors by means of a peristaltic pump 1 and a soln. to be measured is fed to the soln. 6 from a sampler 7 via a flow passage 9 and a valve 10 by a peristaltic pump 8. The pH value and the concn. of Na<+> and K<+> thereof are measured by the chemical sensors. The outputs thereof are read into an arithmetic processing part 12 through a signal detecting part 11. The statistically processed data are displayed on a printer 13. The exactness and accuray of the measured value are easily determined by using plural pieces of the chemical sensors having the same characteristic. |
