PURPOSE:To produce and inspect parts in real time without stopping a press machine by stopping parts which are sent out successively after press work at a specific position, and picking up their images and making a size check on them. CONSTITUTION:When a component which is sent out successively after press work by a carrier 3 taken up intermittently is detected by a detection sensor 11, crawling rollers 9a and 9b driven associatively with the press machine are reduced in speed. Then when an image pickup device 13 detects the arrival of the component at the specific position, the rollers 9a and 9b are stopped and a carrier pressure arm 12 is lowered to stop the component at the specific position. In this state, the size of the component obtained by the means 13 is compared with specified size, and a decision means 14 decides on whether the component size is smaller than the permissible value or not and displays the result. Consequently, parts are produced and inspected in real time without stopping the press machine. |
