<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled ink exhibiting excellent adhesivity even to a printed circuit board etched with a regenerated etching liquid, and containing a rasin having a polymerizable unsaturated bond capable of forming a three-dimensional network by light or heat, an oligomer, and a compound forming salt with an acid. CONSTITUTION:The objective ink is produced by using (A) a resin and/or oligomer having polymerizable unsaturated bond forming a three-dimensional network by light or heat [preferably modified (meth)-acrylate resin, e.g. epoxyacrylate, etc.] and (B) preferably 20-70pts.wt. (based on 100pts.wt. of the component A) of a compound capable of forming a salt with an acid. The ink is suitable to indicate the position of an electrical part in the processing of a printed circuit board.</p> |
