<p>PURPOSE:To improve the operability of an operator by displaying the reference word groups in the vicinity of a sentence which is under production by a multi- window display technique. CONSTITUTION:The contents of character code buffer memories 62 and 63 are written to frame memories 54 and 55 by a multi-window display technique. Then the contents of memories 54 and 55 are displayed on a display screen 57 of a CRT. In this case, the reference word groups, e.g., three different words such as ''of the summer period'', ''of the summer season'' and ''following'' which correspond to ''KAKINO'' are collectively displayed around a sentence under production to show the contents of the memory 55. Thus an operator can easily confirm and select a correct ''KAKINO'' out of those three word groups. This improves the operability of an operator.</p> |
