PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption of a temperature and pressure correcting circuit by calculating a balance output on the basis of a temperature and a pressure detection and amplification output in the transient state after power- on operation and correcting a measured flow rate, and putting a correction system in intermittent operation. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detecting and amplifying circuit is supplied with supply power through an analog switch 4 which is driven under the command of a CPU3. Then, transient state output of the circuit 1 which is delayed by a prescribed time is processed by the CPU3 to predict and decide on a balance output. A balance output of pressure is predicted and determined similarly and the measured flow rate is corrected with the predicted balance outputs of temperature and pressure. The power consumption of the temperature and pressure correcting circuit is reduced by the intermittent operation of a correcting circuit including the detecting and amplifying circuit for temperature, etc. |
