PURPOSE:To correct color temperature with high precision by switching converging angle of a color camera according to image pickup conditions. CONSTITUTION:The output of an AND circuit 8 goes up to a high level only when subject distance information from a sensor 3 for automatic focusing and a long-distance detecting circuit 5 and Tele detection information of lens focus distance information from a zoom driving circuit 6 and a Tele detecting circuit 7 are both inputted. The converging angle is made acute through a converging angle switching circuit 9 when the output level of the circuit 8 is high, or obtuse when low to control an external light sensor 10. Therefore, information on the ambient temperature of a subject is detected to make automatic color temperature corrections with high precesion. |
