PURPOSE:To easily further surely mount a hollow buffer material to a lever material, by cutting off shaft end parts of the hollow buffer material at a predetermined angle with respect to the axial direction and providing pinching parts to be folded back after the hollow buffer material is inserted to the lever material. CONSTITUTION:A hollow buffer material 2, being made of pipe-shaped rubber or the like, forms its internal diameter (d) a little larger than the external diameter of a lever material 1. While the hollow buffer material 2 forms pinching parts 21 in its shaft end parts by cutting off the material 2 in an optional length L at a predetermined angle with respect to the axial direction. The hollow buffer material 2, when it is used, is forced to be attached to the periphery of the lever material 1 through the folded pinching parts 21 by folding back the end of the pinching part 21 after fitting the hollow buffer material 2 to be inserted to a predetermined mounting position of the lever material 1. In this way, the hollow buffer material 2 can be easily further surely mounted to the lever material 1. |
