PURPOSE:To obtain a reinforced resin molding without causing tearing of reinforcements by flow of resin by a method in which a fibrous cloth reinforcement is coupled to projections and grooves, etc., provided to the cavity face of a mold, and then the resin is packed into the cavity. CONSTITUTION:Needle-like projections 13 are formed on the face of the cavity 11 of an injection mold consisting of a male mold composed of a fixed side fitting plate 1 and a fixed side mold plate 2 and a female mold composed of a movable side fitting plate 3 and movable side mold plate 4. A fibrous cloth reinforcement 21 is set on the cavity face 12 of the injection mold opened and coupled to the projections 13. The mold is clamped, and a resin is packed into the cavity 11 by injection to obtain an aimed molding. As the reinforcement, the use of fibers whose surfaces are treated is advisable for intensifying the bonding strength with the resin. |
