A rolling machine is composed of a pair of operating rolls, a pair of middle rolls supporting the operating rolls, a pair of reinforcing rolls supporint the middle rolls, bending equipment for middle roll consisting of an oil-pressure ram(19)(20)(21)(22) that acts as a roll-bending force in the middle roll, and axisdirectional moving equipment for the middle roll, with a roll support in the middle roll adjusting the axial transformation of the end part in one operating roll. A driving apparatus gives an axisdirecting moving force in the middle roll and is suspended on a roll support.
