PURPOSE:To prevent explosion of dust and prevent generation of dust by providing a casing for carrying in and feeding out material such as flake sulfur with a pair of rubber plates, baffle plates and heating steam means. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rubber plates 60. 62 are inclined downward in such a manner as to converge and disposed opposite to each other, and have the lower free end portions elastically colliding with each other and the upper end portions fixed to a casing 12. The second baffle plate 30 is disposed in such a manner as to incline in the first inclining direction to receive the material M expanding the colliding end portions of the rubber plates to fall, and the third baffle plate 32 is extended to the vicinity of an outlet in such a manner as to incline in the second inclining direction opposite to the first inclining direction to receive the material sliding down the baffle plate 30 and guide same to an outlet 14 of the casing. Further, first heating steam jet means 44, 46 are disposed opposite to the baffle plate 30, and second heating steam jet means 48, 50 are disposed opposite to the baffle plate 32. |
