PURPOSE:To prevent the mutual shift of a base board having a heat generating resistor and a second base board having an integrated circuit, by making both base boards substantially same in coefficient of thermal expansion, and placing and fixing the first base board to the second base board. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 42 and an integrated circuit 43 are formed onto a base board 41 showing coefficient of thermal expansion substantially same to that of the insulating base plate 31 of a first base board 36 to constitute a second base board 44 and the first base board 36 is adhered to the second base board 44 by an adhesive 53 having good heat conductivity. The warpage of the base boards 36, 44 or the crack or breakage of the base boards themselves is not generated and the disconnection of a bonding wire 55 connecting both base boards 36, 44 caused by the shift of the base boards 36, 44 from predetermined positions can be avoided. |
