PURPOSE:To prevent articles, such as unvulcanized rubber, from being firmly adhered to each other during stop in the middle of conveyance and to reliably convey the articles one by one to a succeeding process, by a method wherein separators are located, in order, between the articles with the aid of a separator feeding device. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of separators 210, being suspended so that they can freely run on a track which moves round in an endless manner, are located, in order, between a plurality of articles W, such as unvulcanized rubber, which are conveyed, through the working of a separator feeding device 220. A plurality of the articles W, between which the separator 210 is located, are conveyed, in order, to an article convey-out side. At the convey-out side, the separator 21 is collected from between the articles W with the aid of a separator collecting device 230, and the separators 210 are conveyed, in order, again to the separator feeding device 220 by means of a separator conveying device 240 and a main feeding device 270. This enables the articles W to be conveyed one by one to a succeeding process without firm adhesion of the articles to each other. |
