<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the sending and receiving of signals and reduce troubles contingent to such sending and receiving of signals by directly outputting a command for sending out the next material following a command for returning a material, when a material indicated by a command for feeding the next material from a line control unit is different from a stored material which is presently being fed. CONSTITUTION:A machining line control unit 6 indicates the next material to be thrown into a machining line 4, the a stock control unit 5, which, in turn, compares a material which is stored in a feeding-material memory 22 and presently delivered, with a newly indicated material and, when these are different, first, it outputs a command for the returning operation for the presently delivered material and, after the completion of this operation, outputs a command for the sending-out operation for the newly indicated material. When the same material is indicated again, neither the returning nor sending-out of a material is carried out and an operation-practicable signal 29 is outputted, notifying the completion of a sending-out operation to the machining line control unit 6. Thus, by carrying out the comparison of materials, and the store of a material which is presently being delivered by means of the stock control unit 5, the sending and receiving of signals can be simplified and the load applied to the unit 6 can be relieved.</p> |
