PURPOSE:To provide the titled oral agent containing a dipeptide sweetener in combination with a specific amount of lecithin, and capable of stably keeping the sweetener. CONSTITUTION:The oral agent contains (A) a dipeptide sweetener [preferably aspartame(alpha-L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester)] as at least a part of the sweetener and (B) >=50pts.wt., preferably >=100pts.wt. of lecithin in terms of phosphatidylcholine based on 100pts.wt. of the dipeptide sweetener. The combined use of lecithin remarkably improves the safety of the dipeptide sweetener under weakly acidic - alkaline condition. When the dipeptide sweetener is used as acesulfame in combination with a sweetener selected from sodium saccharinate and extracted stevia sweetener, the sweetness can be synergistically increased, and a sweetener storable with little loss in the sweetness or the odor- masking effect can be produced at a low cost. |
