PURPOSE:To practically obtain a long laminate molding into which a core layer is hard to pack, having a large L/T ratio as in automobile handle, by using a pin-point gate having specific range of the cross section and land. CONSTITUTION:A pin-point gate having a gate cross section of 2mm. or more diameters and a gate land of 30mm. or less is used, and a mold having a circular cross section of 6mm. or more for the diameter of runner is used. In packing a resin into the cavity of the mold, an unsufficient amount of resin for forming the skin layer is injected, and before the inside of the resin is hardened, a resin containing a blowing agent for forming a core layer is continuously injected into the mold to obtain an aimed product. As the resin, thermoplastic resins such as polyvinyl chloride resin, etc., are used. |
