REDUCTION OF PRESSURE FEED LOAD AT PIPE TRANSPORTATION OF CEMENT MIXTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce pressure feed load at pipe transportation of cement mixture for preventing choko of the pipe by applying ultrasonic vibrations from around a passage of the cement mixture for forming a lubricating layer along the inside wall of the passage. CONSTITUTION:There are provided ultrasonic oscillators 1 through respective vibration transducers 3 around an outlet or transportation pipe 2 of a concrete pump or pressure feed means like that. Ultrasonic vibrations of 20 to 50kHz are applied from around the passage 2 of cement mixture 4 to form a lubricating layer along the inside wall of the passge. Thus, with neither causing any change in moisture of concrete nor supplying any lubricating mixture along the inside wall of the pipe but with ultrasonic vibrations applied to the passage of the cement mixture, pressure feed load at pipe transportation of the cement mixture can be reduced to prevent choke of the passage.
