PURPOSE:To improve the quality while to reduce the cost by forming a frame for supporting a bobbin with a fixed frame and a movable frame to be pivoted movably up and down through a resilient control means thereby feeding wire material continuously with constant tension. CONSTITUTION:At the initial feeding stage of wire material, having long winding diameter while containing many wire materials 12 in the bobbin 14, the movable frame 28 is rotated by the self-weight of bobbin 14 downwardly around a pin 29 to apply high tension onto the brake band 22. When the wire material 12 is fed gradually to reduce the self-weight of bobbin 14, coil springs 31, 31' in resilient control means 30 will lift the movable frame 28 counter-clockwise around the pin 29 to reduce tension of brake band 22. Since constant back-tension is applied continuously onto the fed-out wire material 12, the tension of wire material 12 will never change resulting in production of high quality wire material with low cost. |
