PURPOSE:To discharge in an accurate weight proportion at a predetermined flow rate grains intermittently supplied to a plurality of grain receptacles disposed in a grain tank by properly adjusting discharging amount of grains so as to usually obtain continuous discharge in a uniform quantity from a discharge opening of the grain tank. CONSTITUTION:A rotational vertical shaft 2 is rotatably supported in a grain tank 1, and an inlet port 4 of a tilting grain flow trough 3 is rotatably mounted to the upper end of the rotational vertical shaft 2 so as to permit rotation of the trough body around the vertical shaft 2, and an annular block plate 8 having a plurality of grain discharging openings 6, 7 is disposed adjacent to the rotation path of an outlet port 5 provided at the lower end of the tilting grain flow trough 3. Grain receptacles 10A, 10B incorporating a plurality of flow rate control plates 9 are respectively disposed under the openings 6, 7, and discharge valves 11A, 11B of the grain receptacles are connected in an operatively associated manner to shut off devices 12A, 12B rotatably mounted to the vertical shaft 2, and weighting devices 13A, 13B are respectively provided in the grain receptacles. Thus constructed, grains can be discharged out of a grain tank such as a rice mixer in an accurate weight proportion and usually at a predetermined flow rate. |
