PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of choking because of the use of oil of a poor quality, by a method wherein an oil passage in a nozzle body is formed with a plurality of circumferentially disposed oblong holes. CONSTITUTION:The center side of the forward end of a nozzle body 1 of a double tube type oil atomizer forms a steam hole S, the outside thereof forms an oil feed pipe (i), and an oil passage 2a formed with a plurality of oblong holes is provided in the forward end of the oil feed pipe (i). The total area of the oil passage 2a, formed with the oblong holes, is set within a range in which a change in passage resistance in the oil feed pipe (i) is prevented from occurring. The oil, flowing in through the oil feed pipe (i) in the nozzle body 1, reaches forward end part and a groove 11 in the whole periphery is uniformly filled with the oil, and the oil uniformly flows in an oil passage 12 formed with drilled holes in a back plate 3. The overall length l2 of the oil passage 12 formed with the drilled holes in the back plate 3 is short, resulting in prevention of the occurrence of clogging. |
