PURPOSE:To achieve the curtailment of the amount of hardwares and the integration of data base by providing input signal processors between the outputs of detectors and a monitor control to integrate the signal diagnosis for the detectors, non-linear correction, level judgement and the like with the main body and producing the computation outputs thereof. CONSTITUTION:Detection signals of detectors S11-S22 are inputted into input signal processors SGC11-22, which performs a processing of detector signals and outputs an ON/OFF signal for an alarm 11, an analog signal for an indicator 12 and a signal for controllers. The input signal processors SGC and controllers C1 and C2 both have data transmission means and enables the data transmission through data transmission paths 41 and 42. In addition, the controllers and a unit computer 2 are connected with a data transmission path 3. This, for example, enables the outputting to the unit computer through the controllers in the CRT display of the detector output signals as well. |
