PURPOSE:To attain to enhance mass-productivity by attaining to simplify the structure of an electronic watch, and enabling automatic assembling, by constituting at least one base board of an electro-optical display cell from a resin base board, and adhering the resin base board and the upper opening part of a case part to seal both of them. CONSTITUTION:A film shaped solar cell 21 is arranged to the upper surface side of a rectangular large areal sheet shaped battery 20 in a laminated state and two electrodes of the solar cell 21 are connected to solar cell terminals 9a, 9b by wire bonding while a charging circuit 22 including a diode for preventing a reverse-current is connected between the solar cell terminal 9b and a battery terminal 8b. The sheet shaped battery 20 is a solid chargeable one wherein metal lithium is used in a negative electrode and titanium disulfide is used in a positive electrode while a solid thin film comprising lithium silicate and lithium phosphate is used as an electrolyte material while the solar cell 21 has a thin flexible structure wherein a thin film is formed on a thin film base and, by laminating both of them on a resin film 2, a power source apparatus having a large area and flexibility can be constituted on a band. |
