发明名称 COOLING OF CARBURETTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To cool a float chamber effectively and prevent the generation of percolation by a method wherein at least the float chamber of the carburettor is made by double wall and an air path is formed between the double walls to introduce atmosphere into the air path by an air pump. CONSTITUTION:The air suction port 6 of a duct 4 is opened at one side surface of an engine room 1 and the air discharging port 8 of the duct 4 is opened at the other side surface of the same room while the air pump 9, operated in conjunction with an engine is provided on the duct 4 at the side of the air discharging port 8. The air path 5 is formed so that the atmosphere flows under meandering through the side surface, bottom surface and front surface of the float chamber 3 by the wall 15 of the float chamber 3 in the carburettor 2, the outer wall 16, provided at the outside of the wall 15 with an interval, and partitioning walls 17-19 provided between the walls 15, 16. According to this method, the air pump 9 is operated in conjunction with the driving of the engine and the atmosphere is introduced into the air path 5 to cool the float chamber 3.
