PURPOSE:To make mass production attainable in an inexpensive and uniform manner, by making two upper and lower chucks, which hold parallelly a lot of bottom ends forming an angular section in a similar figure as a pointed tip of each superfine work, shift to some extent with each other, while grinding the superfine work in turning round at a specified angle. CONSTITUTION:A lot of bottom ends (a) of superfine works 4 are paralleled in line and chucked by each of upper and lower plates 6 and 7 of a broard chuck 5. They are made contact with a grinding wheel 8 and ground up to the specified size, then these upper and lower plates 6 and 7 are shifted to some extent in an arrow direction where these superfine works 4 are rolled round so that all superfine works 4 are rotated uniformly and surely, thus accurate grinding is performable without skilled labor. |
