CONSTITUTION:Animal or vegetable protein such as soybean milk, fish soluble, etc. and water are put in the heating tanks 1, 1a, 2a, and 3a, and heated. An enzyme such as protease, etc., a starch enzyme, an inorganic salt, and a cellulose ether are added to the protein, the protease is decomposed at 40-90 deg.C, and filtered by the filter 2, to give a solution of decomposed protein, which is sent to the kneader 3. The solution of decomposed protein is blended with starch such as cornfrey wheat flour, etc., an extender such as straw waste, chaff powder, bagasse, isagol, mannan, sodium alginate, etc., an antiseptic, mildewproofing agent, etc. by the kneader 3, fed through the hopper 6 to the extrusion granulator 5, extruded, cut by the cutter 7, granulated, fed through the conveyor 8 to the dryer 9, and dried. |
