The shooting spectacles have a frame with a transverse bow (1) and mounting bows (2) pivoted on hinges (3). The two glass mounts (6, 7) and the nose web (5) are mounted on the transverse bow. The supports (8, 9, 10) of the mounts have a square profile, in order to avoid these glass mounts turning. All the three supports are mounted on the transverse bow with in each case a single mount (14) such that they can be adjusted in height and to the side. Such shooting spectacles are easy to manipulate and offer far- reaching adjustability of the elements to be set, as well as the possibility of securing them effectively. <IMAGE>
